About Dr. James Bruno, M.D.

James Bruno, M. D., is board certified in Neurology and Sleep Disorders. He completed his neurology training at George Washington University in Washington, DC.

He went on to complete a fellowship in both Neurophysiology (Epilepsy/Neuromuscular Disorders) and Sleep Disorders at the State University of New York (SUNY), Stony Brook.

Dr. Bruno is in solo practice in the Stony Brook area and is the Associate Clinical Director of The Comprehensive Epilepsy Center of Long Island at St. Charles Hospital.

Dr. Bruno also holds a position as Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at SUNY Stony Brook and is a recipient of America’s top Physicians and Patients Choice Award.
