United Specialty Equipment (USE) is devoted to providing durable medical equipment and other health related supplies and services to meet the needs of the communities sleep related breathing disorder patients.

USE’s focus is on creating highly integrated therapeutic solutions for sleep labs that depend on outstanding patient care, quick turnaround of their patients DME requirements and exceeding expected therapeutic compliance rates.

USE will accomplish its mission by using highly experienced therapists, an extensive inventory selection and an aggressive compliance tracking system that is heavily technology dependent.

Hours of Operation

Our office is opened from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.

Services are provided for customers in New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Kings, Queens and Richmond counties.

Depending on the service, equipment, or supply, payment may be available through Medicare, Medicaid, or another third party insurance carrier. If there is no reimbursement source, or if the item is not covered by the insurance carrier, the client or their representative is responsible for payment.

• Valid heath insurance claim number or agreement to pay privately
• Insurance claim form signed, if applicable
• Signed prescription from physician, and
• Signed delivery form and understanding of Medstar’s “Rights and Responsibilities” statement
